2008 Highlights, FIU

- FIU Special Teams Player of the Year:. In 2008 had 3 Blocked Punts, 4 TD's on Special Teams, 30+ tackles as punt team gunner. Named special teams player of the weak multiple times.
- 200 Meter Record Holder

2007 (Junior): A walk-on who excelled in track and field at FIU for the last two seasons...started four of the eight games he played in at safety and became a special teams standout...nearly half of his 33 tackles came on special teams...he led the team with 15 special teams tackles, including a team-best nine on punt coverage...also ranked second on the team with 17 kickoff returns for 352 yards (20.7 avg.) started the first four games of the season, but a series of nagging injuries limited his playing time as the season went on...at ULM (10/20): Recorded two tackles...vs. Troy (10/6): Returned four kickoffs for 61 yards, but did not have any tackles...at Middle Tennessee (9/29): Returned a then-school record eight kickoffs for 171 yards...also had two tackles...at Kansas (9/22): Returned four kickoffs 106 yards, including one for a season-long 45 yards...made four solo tackles and totaled five tackles...at Miami (9/15): Registered a career-high nine tackles and returned his first career kickoff 14 yards...vs. Maryland (9/8): Had eight tackles, including one for a loss of two yards...at Penn State (9/1): Had six solo tackles in his FIU debut.

With FIU Track & Field: Posted an 2007 NCAA Regional-qualifying 10.46 in the 100-meter dash...recorded the Golden Panthers fastest time with a 48.72 in the 400m and his 21.24 time in the 200 meters was third-fastest on the season...owned FIU’s top times in the 100- and 200-meters as a sophomore...indoors, Initially set the school record in the 400 meters, but then went on to improve that mark with a time of 48.31 seconds at the 2006 Sun Belt Conference Championships.

At Liberty University: Competed in football and track & field as a freshman at Liberty...blocked two kicks and scored two special teams touchdowns in three games as a freshman.

At Vero Beach High School: A tri-sport athlete in high school, competing in football and track & field for four years and in basketball for two... two-time team MVP in track and a first-team all-conference selection in football.

Personal: Born May 30, 1985...son of Willie and Irene Donald...has six siblings...majoring in communications.
